Job Description
Chalhoub Group is seeking a experienced Talent Acquisition /Recruitment Consultant to join their Fashion Retail team in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE. Working with the Retail Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit exceptional talent to join their Fashion Retail stores. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees. Candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing their organization’s commitment in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent from diverse backgrounds. Job holder will contribute towards their efforts in recruitment, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment journey. This is an Entry level 6 month contract job. And salary can range between 6000-7500 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Consultant
- Work closely with the assigned brands to fill all requisitions in a timely manner with high calibre talent.
- Lead the briefing conversation to understand hiring requirements, sourcing strategy and interview process and align on timeline according to SLAs.
- Provide talent attraction advice and execute talent attraction tactics to ensure Chalhoub Group brand is well placed and attracts quality talent.
- Effectively screen candidates in alignment with their culture and values and aligned competencies.
- Provide effective reporting communication to assist with briefing Hiring Managers on shortlisted talent, market insights and competitive landscape.
- Ensure an excellent candidate journey through all touch points of the candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure best practice throughout the recruitment journey.
- Continually build networks and communities to source and pipeline talent.
- Will foster collaboration between departments.
Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Consultant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
- Previous experience working with ATS tools.
- Previous experience of working in a Retail or Hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in the European and/or Middle Eastern Markets.
- Experience in social sourcing tools.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Based in Dubai Design District Head office.
- Ability to work autonomously with very good time management skill.
- Strong understanding of Diversity Equity & Inclusion concepts and best practices in recruitment.
