Job Description

Savills is presently looking for experienced and skilled candidate for the job role of a Talent Acquisition Advisor in Dubai. The selected candidate must be an excellent communicator, forward planner, project manager and be driven by results. Our aim is to ensure a best in class candidate experience for all prospective employees and the role will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and country HR Business Partners to improve process, efficiency and reporting as well as support change management projects. Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Advisor

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies in conjunction with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels to identify and attract top-quality candidates within the real estate sector.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Advertise job openings on the company careers page, social media and internal/external job boards.
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends in the Middle East, identifying key talent pools and competitive hiring landscapes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding market dynamics that may impact talent acquisition efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the employer brand and promote the organisation as an employer of choice in the real estate industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and networks.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of potential candidates to ensure alignment with organisational values and requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and identify future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

What You Will Do More

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), vacancy log ensuring all candidate and process data is kept up to date/relevant KPIs are recorded.
  • Screen applicants and share appropriate feedback with the business/HR, recommending next steps.
  • Monitoring and administering the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles including the coordination of interviews, offer management, reference checking, on-boarding and induction, with the support of the HR Administrator/local country HR.
  • Prepare recruitment related reporting as required.
  • Use and adapt existing HR tools including drafting suitable Job Descriptions and Competency Profiles in conjunction with the hiring manager.
  • Track and closely monitor the talent pipeline, as per the hiring plan/budget.
  • Analyse hiring results, metrics and trends and based on data, make appropriate recommendations to enhance the recruiting process.
  • Maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the candidate experience, creating engagement with the candidates facilitating new applications.
  • Act as an advisor on talent acquisition related topics and projects internally.
  • Represent the company in recruitment events and assist in the organisation of such events.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition process is in line with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Continue to oversee aspects of the new joiner probationary period to support the hiring manager, ensure communication and objective setting is being completed in a timely manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management; build relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand and meet their respective teams or divisions’ hiring needs.
  • Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process and build positive, credible relationships with them.
  • Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring on-boarding process on a whole.

Job Requirements For Talent Acquisition Advisor

Eligibility requirements for the role of Talent Acquisition Advisor are as under:

  • Preferably educated to Bachelor’s Degree level.
  • Ideally 2-3 years relevant experience in a recruitment focused role.
