Job Description
The Systems Integration Project Planner at Transguard Group will be responsible to develop comprehensive project plans for the implementation and maintenance of security systems. The role is also accountable for updating the project control and reporting based on the requirements outlined by clients. The role is required to work on multiple projects simultaneously and continuously improve document control, in addition to the project reporting tasks.
Duties of Systems Integration Project Planner
Financial
- Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in line with contractual deliverables to reduce the risk of delay penalties.
- Conduct Extension of Time (EOT) analysis to assess and document justifiable delays.
Customer
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project plans, in line with clients’ expectation or needs.
- Develop and update project baselines to reflect changes and revisions as discussed during client meetings.
Process
- Identify project management tools and software to streamline processes.
- Identify potential challenges and provide early mitigation to reduce the impact on projects.
- Keep up to date on the latest project management tools and methodologies.
Innovation
- Keep up to date on IoT and automation tools that can help enhance project planning, reduce time and repetitive processes.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and be open to adopting new methods.
Eligibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of Systems Integration Project Planner are as under:
- Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3-4 years proven experience in planning and executing security system projects / ELV.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of security principles and technologies.
- Risk management and mitigation strategies.
Hard Skills
- Project management software proficiency, such as MS Project, Primavera.
- Knowledge of security system technologies and industry trends.Â

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
