Responsibilities

On Call Customer Consultation As System Operation Specialist

• Provide assistance to customers regarding the ERP system, including finance, procurement, legal, etc. Tasks include offering guidelines, addressing system issues, and tracking optimization requirements.
• Assist in delivering training sessions for essential and end-users located outside of China. Gather user experience feedback during training sessions.

System Error Management:

• Aid in managing system errors, providing customer support, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.

Knowledge Base Management

• Gather and organize relevant system knowledge into an internal database.
• Offer suggestions for enhancing system efficiency based on gathered knowledge.

Requirements of System Operation Specialist Information System
