Purpose of A Support Service Executive
To assist and address customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution.
Duties of A Support Service Executive
- Report to Facilities Manager and responsible for executing work under his direction and hospital policy. Perform job functions with attention to details, speed, and accuracy.
- Participate in departmental education on performance improvement, attend committee meetings, continuous quality improvement, and other departmental meetings as appropriate.
- Bring awareness among the staff about daily operation statistics.
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/procedures/service standards.
- Ensure the correct key signing in/out procedures are adhered to at all times and report any discrepancies to the Facility Manager.
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
- Managing multiple assignments and tasks for internal and external events.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, mailing, and filing.
- Collect and maintain an inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with local state, and federal regulations related to Support Services.
- Conducts a regular walk through the facility to assist with visual maintenance.
Qualification & Experience
- High School Diploma / College Level.
- At least 3 years of experience.
