IIQAF Groups is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Support Officer to join their team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assistance to various departments within organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 5000 AED to 12000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Support Officer

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining databases.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external events, such as conferences, workshops, and trainings.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Eligibilty Requirements for Support Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
