Job Description
A position has opened in Dubai for a Supply Chain Officer with experience in handling online orders. There is a full-time role on site that helps directly manage the tracking order, posts and transfer things between the warehouse and the customer evenly and the applicant should be familiar with the e-commerce platform and should work comfortably in working with numbers and logistics. Similar roles are preferred by candidates with 1 to 3 years of age experience. A bachelor’s degree requires, and knowledge of warehousing is a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Process orders that come in through online platforms.
- Keep in touch with warehouses across different locations to make sure items ship on time.
- Track shipments and update internal systems when something is delayed or changed.
- Handle any issues with failed orders or cancellations.
- Make sure customer order details are correct and complete.
- Work closely with support teams when customers raise complaints about orders.
- Look for delays or slowdowns in the order process and suggest simple fixes.
- Help improve the speed and accuracy of deliveries.
- Organize order reports and share updates when needed.
- Stay in touch with delivery partners to follow up on packages.
- Manage basic tasks related to order system maintenance.
- Be available to support seasonal or high-volume periods.
- Keep good records and avoid repeated mistakes.
- Follow company guidelines for delivery and handling times.
- Flag any unusual patterns in orders or returns.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Supply Chain preferred)
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in handling e-commerce orders or warehouse operations
Skills
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Excel and data entry tools.
- Can manage multiple tasks without losing track.
- Good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Understands the basics of online order systems.
- Can work under pressure when volumes are high.
Knowledge
- Familiar with how e-commerce platforms operate.
- Knows how warehouses handle picking, packing, and shipping.
- Understands the common reasons for order delays and how to resolve them.
- Aware of how delivery partners operate in the UAE.
- Basic understanding of how to handle customer complaints about orders.
