Job Description
CAFU is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Officer to oversee the procurement and inventory management for their Battery, Oil, and Tyre verticals. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the inventory system, ensuring seamless operations, accurate stock management, and real-time information availability to support critical decision-making. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Supply Chain Officer
- Battery Vertical:
- Track inventory for all battery brands and types.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement triggers for low-stock alerts.
- Place replenishment orders in alignment with demand trends.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure supply meets demand.
- Oil Vertical:
- Oversee inventory for various oil brands and grades.
- Ensure transactions are recorded in real time.
- Manage purchase orders (LPOs) and oversee the physical delivery of stock.
- Ensure restocking aligns with operational needs.
- Tyre Vertical:
- Monitor inventory of tyres across all categories.
- Ensure stock levels are accurately updated in the system.
- Inventory Management System:
- Maintain and operate the Odoo inventory system to ensure real-time, accurate stock counts.
- Record all incoming and outgoing transactions following predefined SOPs.
- Provide up-to-date inventory information to the Operations Manager to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements for Role of Supply Chain Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management roles.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).
