Role of Supply Chain Management Associate

Assist the supply chain manager at every stage of the production flow chain, from buying the raw materials to the delivery of the final product. Ensure timely arrival of the product and coordinate it’s storage.

Duties of Supply Chain Management Associate

• Work with procurement team and  buyers for the sourcing of the right products.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Assist in delivery and storage processes.
• Devise and implement logistical strategy of the drugs.
• Oversee product handling and distribution.
• Maintain Quality and manage the costs involved.
• Work on improving the overall supply chain performance.
• Minimize the risks that can affect the supply chain performance.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Supply chain management or Relevant subject.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of computer software to track goods from origin to delivery.
• IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data.
