The Supply Chain Executive at Mizzen (linked to Seddiqi Holding) in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE  will be responsible for the Import, receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods to B2B and B2C within UAE and other countries. Candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with their Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider to ensure that the services rendered meet their company’s standards and requirements. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Supply Chain Executive

  • Jointly and in coordination with departmental colleagues, contributes to the development of the overall supply chain strategy and plans.
  • Develops, updates and monitors compliance with L&W policies and procedures as well as compliance with the relevant portions of the department Delegation of Authority Matrix.
  • Sets up, monitors and tracks department related KPI’s, sets targets, monitors performance against plan and initiates remedial actions in case of discrepancy between actual and expected performance.
  • Develops and implements customs clearing and forwarding policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.
  • Oversees day to day operational import and export activities to ensure compliance with laws and regulations; consulting with the 3PL, Logistics team and legal experts to resolve any legal compliance issues or concerns.
  • Ensures timely order receipt processing for inbound shipments into the Group’s / 3PL facilities.
  • Ensures the receiving team promptly processes the GRN and follow up with suppliers and/or internal stakeholders, in case of discrepancies or damages.
  • In coordination with the logistics and 3PL teams, ensures efficient and timely picking, packing and configuration of products.
  • Oversees process for returns, including root cause analysis, documentation, physical pick up from stores/dealers and delivery to warehouse.
  • Planning and coordinating the export of goods to international markets, ensuring compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Monitoring export shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.

Requirements for Role of Supply Chain Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Experienced in project planning and operations.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • An ideal candidate must hold at least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Should hold experienced in project planning and operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Freezone activities and procedures.
  • Strong professional Logistics knowledge and expertise in the related procedures, standards and supply chain systems.
  • Knowledge in inventory management techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
