Job Description
The Supervisory Role in Front Office at Address Hotels (linked to Emaar) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and guest services. The candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The job holder will lead a team of front office associates, providing guidance and support to uphold the high standards of service synonymous with Address Hotels.
Responsibilities of Supervisory Role in Front Office
- Guest Services: Oversee the front desk operations and ensure a warm, welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Team Leadership:Â Lead and motivate the front office team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Check-in/Check-out:Â Supervise and coordinate the check-in and check-out procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Reservations:Â Monitor room availability and make recommendations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Communication:Â Foster effective communication between the front office and other hotel departments.
- Guest Relations:Â Proactively engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Cash Handling:Â Oversee the handling of cash and payments at the front desk, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Safety and Security:Â Ensure adherence to hotel security and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold Brand, Forbes and LQA standards.
Requirements for Supervisory Role in Front Office
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry from a luxury 5-star property.
