A role is now open for Supervisor, Control Tower at noon, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time onsite position focused on helping the logistics side of the business run smoother and more efficiently. This position calls for experience in operations or logistics, a good grasp of spreadsheets, and a mindset that is both analytical and hands-on. Job Title
Supervisor, Control Tower
Responsibilities
- Keep track of delivery operations and flag delays or issues quickly
- Analyze logistics data to spot patterns and improve performance
- Run regular reports showing how key metrics are trending
- Help make daily delivery operations more streamlined
- Coordinate with internal teams to fix problems as they come up
- Take ownership of order tracking, service levels, and logistics KPIs
- Check if teams are following the set processes and standards
- Build dashboards or sheets to visualize delivery trends
- Suggest new ways to improve delivery times and customer experience
- Document findings from root cause analysis
- Stay up to date with what’s happening on the ground
- Support in scheduling and managing logistics shifts
- Share insights with leadership in a clear and simple format
- Troubleshoot issues that affect large numbers of deliveries
- Make sure riders and support staff are aligned on daily goals
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, operations control, or similar environment
Skills
- Strong with Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to explain findings clearly, both in writing and speech
- Confident working in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable solving problems independently
- Capable of managing multiple tasks at once
- Quick at noticing trends and acting on them
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of delivery KPIs and how they’re tracked
- Familiarity with logistics and last-mile delivery setups
- Understanding of SOPs in logistics or control tower systems
- Experience creating visuals or reports from raw data
- Awareness of how rider performance affects service levels
- General comfort working with both tech tools and people
