Duties of Supervisor Curriculum Specialist Business
- Overseeing the development, review, and revision of the IAT Business curriculum to ensure it meets industry standards and student learning needs.
- Collaborating with faculty and industry experts to identify critical skills and knowledge for aspiring IATs.
- Designing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies for the IAT program.
- Managing the development and assessment of course resources, including textbooks, learning materials, and assessments.
- Staying up to date on current trends and developments in the accounting and business world and incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Leading the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the IAT program, including student performance, employer satisfaction, and job placement data.
- Analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the curriculum and program delivery.
- Ensuring the program meets regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in subject specialism essential.
- Master Degree in Science/Engineering or Education desirable.
- Master’s Degree in Educational Field related to Curriculum desirable.
- Professional Qualification/Certification desirable.
- 3 year experience teaching at secondary level essential.
