Activities Of Students Consulting Head

Following are the duties and responsibilities for the said role:

Supervising & Monitoring

• Ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employees’ productivity and observe deadlines.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.

Organization

• Organize the workflow and the section general planning.
• Conduct weekly meetings for a smooth functioning of the section.

Problem Solving

• Interfere when a problem is not solved at the counsellor level.
• Regular contact with the student, the guardians and the technical staff.

Communication

• Pass on information from upper management to concerned section employees and vice versa.
• Ensure the link between morning and afternoon counsellors.
• Ensure an environment of mutual trust between the students, instructors and ATA management insuring a link between different parties and encouraging professional attitude among the students.

Studies & Proposal

• Conduct regular studies and researches helping the management with future plans or strategies.

Eligibility Requirements For Students Consulting Head

The minimum requirements for the role of Students Consulting Head are as under:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education or Social Science or equivalent.
• 12 years of professional experience including at least including 4 in managerial position and 4 in vocational training centre related to oil/gas industry.
• Very Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
• Professional Certifications.
