Student Services Senior Specialist Abu Dhabi Ports

The Student Services Senior Specialist at Abu Dhabi Ports will be responsible to manage and maintain student files, ensuring that all relevant statutory documentation is contained therein and that such files are kept in excellent order to meet the demands of internal and external inspection. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 12000 AED to 25000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Duties of Digital Cluster Product Manager

• Be the first point of contact for prospective and existing students, answering enquiries and dealing with queries.
• Update all students information regularly.
• Keep the Academy Management System up-to-date at all times.
• Communicate with Sponsoring companies / Parents with regards to students course fees.
• Coordinate social activities for students.
• Keep the academy’s social media platforms up-to-date.
• Answer the phone in a professional and helpful manner.
• Transfer calls efficiently to the appropriate recipient, and take messages as accurately as possible.
• Carry out other appropriate duties, as requested by Head of Student Services or Director Academics and Student Affairs.
• Establish and maintain effective and efficient student service processes enabling appropriate and timely services to students.
• Monitor the students Attendance System and provide the reports if required.
• Alerting the Academy Management with regards to the risk of students attendance in a timely manner.
• Arrange the Induction / Orientation for the new students.
• Issue letters for students as per their requests.
• Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Present the Academy in the best light and ensure that all departmental activities comply with standards laid down by the Academy and relevant outside agencies and organizations.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Student Services Senior Specialist

• Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-4 years of appropriate experience.
