About the Role
The Student Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator at American University in Dubai will manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial student inquiry to enrollment. Furthermore, this role involves coordinating recruitment campaigns, attending education fairs, and building relationships with feeder schools and prospective students. Moreover, the coordinator will work closely with the marketing and academic departments to achieve enrollment targets and enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the student admissions process including application review, document verification, and communication with applicants
- Support student recruitment campaigns across local and international markets
- Manage and respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and recruitment partners
- Lead campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
- Monitor admissions data and prepare regular reports on enrollment progress and conversion rates
- Contribute to the planning and execution of university open days, education fairs, and recruitment events
- Promote AUD’s academic programs and campus life through various outreach channels
- Assist in updating admissions materials, brochures, and the university website content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related role in higher education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel locally and internationally for recruitment events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
