Job Description

AECOM presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Structural Engineer in Al Karamah Street، International Tower, Capital Centre, Floor,10 Al Karamah St, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, performs routine duties.
  • Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
  • Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work.
  • Independently performs walk-downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
  • Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
  • May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.

Requirements for Role of Structural Engineer

  • Education Bachelor Degree in structural or equivalent Plus an advanced post Graduate Degree and membership of a recognized institution will be a plus.
  • Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in the all aspects of supervision and project administration of the structural works related to large-scale projects within Middle East/ UAE in the consulting industry
