Job Description

Mediclinic UAE is presently looking for suitable & qualified candidate for the job position of a Stores Assistant. The successful candidate will work at Pharmalight located in Abu Dhabi. The selected individual will be responsible to manage and maintain inventory. This job has recently been posted by Pharmalight. Purpose of A Stores Assistant

To receive and unpack non-medical stock deliveries and coordinate the preparation and packing of deliveries destined for business units.

Job Duties of A Stores Assistant

  • Receive and check stock against orders and ensure proper unpacking as per company standard.
  • Prepare business unit orders for delivery.
  • Oversee the general tidiness of the store and proper shelve organizing.
  • Manage business card and stamp orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department including participation in stock taking.
  • Perform any other job duties as asked by authorities or which may fall within the scope of job.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

  • Minimum high school qualification.

Experience

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a healthcare or service environment.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Client service principles and best practice.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft).
