Responsibilities of Storekeeper

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
  
• Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs.
  
• Monitor and track inventory movement, including stock additions and withdrawals.
  
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal requisitions.
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  
• Generate and maintain accurate records of stock transactions using inventory management software.
  
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and management.
  
• Administer payroll and payroll deductions
• Settle merchandise purchases, including special orders
• Receive, store, and distribute merchandise

Requirements of Storekeeper

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Minimum 1 – 2 Years of experience in relevant role

Skills and knowledge Desired

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety and storage regulations.
