Hospitality industry in Dubai is currently seeking a detail oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, receiving and storing merchandise, and ensuring the efficient operation of their store’s warehouse. This is an entry level, full time job requiring high school diploma with previous experience in storekeeping role. Responsibilities of Storekeeper

Receive incoming shipments of merchandise and verify the accuracy of orders.
Unload and unpack items, carefully inspecting for damage or discrepancies.
Organize and store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and categorization.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
Prepare merchandise for shipment or display, including packaging and labeling.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements for the role of Storekeeper

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Previous experience of less than 1 year in a storekeeping or warehouse role is preferred.
