Seddiqi Holding is looking for self-driven Boutique Assistant with customer centric mindset for an amazing new store opening in Dubai Airport, Dubai, UAE. Storekeeper in Beauty & Skincare main responsibility will be to provide support to the Boutique Manager and retails sales team to ensure operational excellence in store including overall inventory management, stockroom and storage standards, housekeeping. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Storekeeper

  • Work with the team on stock receiving and stock safekeeping. Handling inventory, receiving and sending from warehouse as well as mandatory stock-counting as per brand SOP and general inventory standards.
  • Assist in packaging and wrapping of transaction as well as keeping a track of consumables in store and reordering from corporate office as and when required.
  • Ensure all the hospitality requirements such as water, drinks ect are tracked and ordered on timely basis to avoid any shortages.
  • Ensure boutique is in perfect standards and all housekeeping requirements are fulfilled on a daily basis. Monitoring any issues related to maintenance and escalate to Boutique Manage.
  • Maintain a close review of inventory in store both in and out to ensure accuracy of inventory counts. Ensure any variance in stock counts or shipments are escalated to Boutique Manager.
  • Conduct regular stock counts as per brand standards and SOP. Conduct daily cycle counts to monitor health of inventory in store. Formalize all counts with documentation and filing for future records.

What you will do more

  • Comply and assist in maintaining all standards and regulations with regards to Health and Safety, Security and Fire safety for the showroom are always maintain.
  • Ensure that the showroom maintains a very high level of cleanliness and hygiene by providing housekeeping services at all times.
  • Retrieve inventory from the stockroom and replenish inventory on the shop floor to assist Sales Consultants and the Boutique Manager in completing transactions.
  • Display team spirit and cooperate with peers, maintain a good positive spirit at all times perform to the best ability while ensuring discipline and compliance with company guidelines and standards.
  • Support the Boutique Manager and the team to create a good harmony and teamwork within the showroom team members and with other members of the organization.
  • Adhere to the Uniform and grooming standards and ensure self-conduct is in a professional manner at all time.

Requirements for Role of Storekeeper

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1 year experience in hospitality or administration within retail or hospitality industry.
  • Experience of using POS or ERP systems is a plus.
