Store Manager in Le Clos at Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) in 5th Floor, Emirates Holiday Building, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE will drive financial performance and enhance the operational effectiveness of their store(s), while providing exemplary leadership to develop a motivated sales team and ensure superior customer experiences. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for a portfolio of stores.
• Foster an inclusive team culture, managing staff engagement, recruitment, training, and performance to uphold a positive work environment.
• Drive sales targets and elevate customer experience through proactive engagement, staff training, and innovative sales strategies.
• Optimize stock selection, maintain inventory accuracy, and implement effective merchandising strategies to meet business and client demands.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain confidentiality, and minimize inventory loss.

Requirements for Role of Store Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales management experience.
• Retail experience required.
• Experience in an airport environment and Travel Retail.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• WSET Level 2 in wines and/or spirits preferred.
