Store Manager Charterhouse Dubai

Charterhouse is working exclusively with an Italian Luxury Menswear Fashion Brand, who are looking to hire a strong and dynamic Store Manager Luxury Menswear to lead their new store opening within Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall.

Responsibilities

• Management, recruitment, training, development and motivation of the team, day to day boutique operations, as well as clienteling.
• Strong business acumen and experience in setting and managing the targets and KPIs. In conjunction, this role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
• Solid understanding of the luxury retail industry and its competitors.
• The Store Manager will be accountable for the performance of the store at all times and will report directly to the Managing Director, while working closely with the brand in Italy.

Requirements of Store Manager

• High school diploma.
• Minimum: 3 years’ experience in a similar position for an international luxury brand, preferably within Menswear.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is considered beneficial.
• Proactive and skilled candidate.
• Highly motivated and result driven individual.
