Store Manager at Beside Group in Beside FZE. Street N302,Jebel Ali Free Zone North. PO BOX 61237. Dubai, UAE will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand their brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer centric attitude. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month. Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
• Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance.
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
• Oversee stock and store operations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements for Role of Store Manager

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ store management experience

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Customer centric with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of changes in fashion trends.
