Job Description

Beside Group presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Store Manager in Beside FZE. Street N302,Jebel Ali Free Zone North. PO BOX 61237. Dubai, UAE. Candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand their brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-9000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Store Manager

  • Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance.
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
  • Oversee stock and store operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements for Role of Store Manager

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ store management experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Customer centric with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of changes in fashion trends.
