Responsibilities of Store Keeper

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and recording of inventory items.
• Maintain organized and clean storage areas to facilitate easy access to materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to identify shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist in the ordering and purchasing of materials and supplies as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal requests for materials and supplies.
• Comply with safety and security procedures to protect inventory and warehouse facilities.

Requirements of Store Keeper

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects if required.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a storekeeper or in a similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
