Responsibilities of Store Keeper

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Monitor and update inventory levels regularly.
• Place orders for kitchen and dining supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant departments.
• Ensure proper organization and storage of stock.
• Rotate stock to prevent spoilage and waste.
• Generate and maintain accurate records of stock transactions using inventory management software.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, team members, and management.
• Administer payroll and payroll deductions.

Requirements of Store Keeper

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of 1 – 2 Years in a storekeeping or similar role.

Skills and knowledge Desired

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
