Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a reliable and experienced Store Keeper or Store Incharge. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and will possess the necessary skills to manage store operations effectively. This position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to ensure smooth inventory management.

Responsibilities of Store Incharge

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries.
  • Ensure that products are stored properly according to safety and quality standards.
  • Perform regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records to prevent discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and monitor product expiration dates where applicable.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including keeping shelves and storage areas tidy.
  • Assist in setting up displays and ensuring that the store is visually appealing to customers.
  • Perform other tasks related to store management and operations as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Store Keeper, Store Incharge, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Excel and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
