Purpose of A Store Executive
Maintain the stocks and oversee the availability of all medical & non medical supplies at the store to facilitate smooth functioning of hospital.
Job Duties of A Store Executive
- Maintain stocks, receive goods & prepare the GRN.
- Follow up with the suppliers for the pending orders and inform the same to the purchase in charge.
- If the stock is not available in stores then immediately inform the pharmacy/wards and suggest the available substitute.
- Follow up with supplier for credit note of the returned items & undelivered products & inform to accounts department.
- Prepare the invoices and send them to the accounts to process the payments.
- Remove the expired stock from the system in store and other locations by adding the compensation received.
- Participate in yearly and half yearly stocktaking in store and other locations.
- Maintain proper file of purchase invoices with the GRN & LPO for record.
- Assist the pharmacy manager Store Executive & purchase in charge to prepare the monthly reports.
Qualification & Experience of
- Minimum a high school.
- 1-2 years of experience in same role or related experience.
