Resoponsibilities of Stock Controller

• Plan and manage the ordering of stocks in a timely and efficient manner to meet demand and priority
• Compile data sources, such as contracts, purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and accounting reports and enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping or other records.
• Liase with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve disparities in ordering process.
• Create and maintain asset control logs to account for all equipment received.
• Liase and manage perishables budget          (including photographs for children’s learning and development profile books).
• Work with Headmistress to produce cost effective budgets for stocks for all of the Nursery requirements, keep accurate and updated records to monitor usage.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Produce a weekly maintenance list of nursery and ensure maintenance issues are addressed
• Any other tasks requested by management.

Qualification & Experience

• High school diploma.
• 1-2 years of experience in stock handling and stock takes.
• Experience working in accounting environment.

Skills Desired

• Good in MS Office.
• Strong numerical and IT skills.
