Job Description
IIQAF Groups is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Stock Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory, organizing stock in the warehouse, and assisting with inventory control. The successful candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3000 AED to 6000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.
Duties of Stock Clerk
- Receive and unload incoming stock and ensure all items are properly labeled and stored.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming deliveries and report any discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify any inventory shortages or errors.
- Restock shelves and displays as needed to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and forecasting future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stock levels are aligned with sales goals.
Eligibilty Requirements for Stock Clerk
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse setting.
Skills Desired
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and track inventory.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
