A full-time opportunity is open for a Stock Assurance Executive at GMG, based in Dubai. Stock Assurance Executive
Responsibilities
- Execute the annual stock count plan in line with business objectives.
- Analyze high shrinkage cases and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage UID clean-ups and stock adjustment processes post-count.
- Oversee Power BI dashboards and validate stock reporting accuracy.
- Ensure timely execution of stock counts across all assigned stores.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams for inventory-related tasks.
- Handle damage write-offs and support restoration warehouse activities.
- Act as liaison between finance, operations, and loss prevention units.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and SOP implementation in inventory control.
- Lead and guide a team of supervisors and inventory staff.
- Conduct training sessions on SOPs related to stock accuracy.
- Monitor performance KPIs and track team efficiency.
- Create regular reporting for management and suggest process improvements.
- Promote ethical standards and ensure team accountability in all processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or logistics roles.
