Job Description

Seddiqi Holding is looking for a Stock Assurance & Compliance Executive in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE, who will be responsible for operations relating directly to stock/cycle counts and compliance audits across business units. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Stock Assurance & Compliance Executive

  • Stock Assurance: Conduct and/or Lead on cycle/stock counts across area of responsibility in line with the agreed model and/or as requested by Line Manager.
  • Ensure stock and cycle count checks are conducted in accordance with S.O.P’s to maintain accuracy and integrity of counts.
  • Ensure stock count reconciliation and variance reports are completed in full and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Provide stock take weekly/monthly reports for Management and/or agreed stakeholders.
  • Analyze and check stock movements to ensure compliance to company S.O.P’s.
  • Where required, investigate stock count discrepancies.
  • Identify gaps in stock processes and/or highlight any concerns relating to stock management to Line Manager.
  • Use operational stock count visits as an opportunity to raise awareness on stock management processes through on the job training as and where required and/or where possible.
  • Ensure any stock take hardware in their possession is control and maintain.
  • Compliance Checklist: Conduct checklists in area of responsibility to verify compliance against company S.O.P’s – as per the frequency/model agreed.
  • Feedback checklist results to location Management.
  • Following checklist completion provide evidence of findings and detailed reports with clear actions.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports and updates to management, stakeholders on checklist results and findings.
  • Analyze checklist data to identify trends, control and/or process gaps and escalate any findings or concerns to management.
  • Use operational visits as an opportunity to raise awareness on S.O.P’s through on the job training as and where possible or required.
  • Verifying physical assets prepared for destruction against approvals where required.
  • Witnessing the destruction of approved asset write offs.

Requirements for Role of Stock Assurance & Compliance Executive

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years job related experience.
  • Experience of conducting and/or stock count processes.
  • Minimal experience of security and risk processes through a previous audit, compliance, operational or retail role.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

English with Good verbal and written communication.
