Responsibilities of A Stakeholder Management Admin

• Organizing diary.
• Scheduling internal or external meetings for team members with different departments via phone and emails.
• Help team members fulfill their requirements and requests and with external clients.
• Coordinate for conferences, invitations confirmations and liaising with our clients and government agencies.
• Translation (Arabic / English).
• Preparing draft letters for submission.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of Stakeholder Management Admin are as under:

• Bachelors’ degree.
• post graduate experience (not required).

• Able to deal with authorities within Abu Dhabi Emirate.
• Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic).
