Specialty Outlet Chef

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of a designated outlet kitchen.
  • Supervise the preparation, flavor, and presentation of each dish.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Monitor food stock levels and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Train and guide cooks and junior chefs.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on seasonal menu planning.
  • Implement food cost control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local health authority regulations.
  • Evaluate kitchen performance and introduce improvements.
  • Support special functions and coordinate with event teams.
