Specialist Training Content Design Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for an Senior Specialist Training Content Design who will be responsible to join their Center of Excellence team. You will help design and deliver immersive, interactive, high-impact learning programs such as live workshops and online learning, for elevating their account management team. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the success of their people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve talabat’s experience across all their 8 markets. This is a mid level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 10000 AED to 20000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Specialist Training Content Design

• Training design and creation.
• Provide support for the relevant senior team members and collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective training material.
• Create multimedia content, including presentations, videos, and interactive materials to enhance the learning experience in line with key instructional design principles.
• Ensure course material aligns with talabat’s long-term strategy, goals, and values, and educates the team on industry best practices.
• Design and structure courses to maximize learner engagement and comprehension.
• Build effective assessments for each module to ensure content comprehension and absorption.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and local market experts to develop content, storyboards, and related instructional elements for incorporation into the courses.
• Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables meet the quality expectations.
• Regularly review and update course content to reflect industry changes and feedback from trainers.
• Ensure smooth daily operations as well as running and proactively identifying and driving further automation and repeatability of key processes and tools as the program continues to grow at scale.
• Work closely with trainers and the account management team to understand learner needs and incorporate feedback into content improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, instructional design methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance course effectiveness
• Assist in organizing and coordinating workshops, providing necessary materials and support for trainers.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of an Senior Specialist Training Content Design are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in building training programs, course content creation, and instructional design, preferably in a corporate training environment.
• Previous experience in building frontline academies, specifically for sales training and enablement.

Skills Desired

• Possess a strong passion for designing and delivering learning programs.
• Traditional consulting skill set required to develop strong content, lead workshops, apply problem-solving, and manage diverse relationships/interactions.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, and visual design tools such as Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
