Responsibilities of Specialist Radiologist

• Performs and interprets diagnostic procedures including angiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, scanning with the approval of HOD Radiology.
• Also interprets all kinds of general radiological examinations.
• Interpret reports and records the results for review by specialists.
• Diagnoses patient illnesses through diagnostic procedures.
• Performs therapeutic imaging procedures.
• Discusses and recommends treatment options with the specialists.
• Does anomaly scans and provides reports to physicians.
• Is available for the Emergency Service by promptly responding to on calls for consultation.
• Attends meetings when assigned by the HOD or Hospital Administration.

Education & Experience

For the post of Specialist Radiologist at Aster Medical Center you’ll need the following:

• MBBS / Doctor of medicine.
• Specialization in field of Radiology.
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in Radiology.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical ethics.
• Confident and Compassionate. Personality.
• Excellent command of oral and written English.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knows his / her obligation to maintain the confidentiality of work.
