Talabat is currently hiring qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a Specialist Performance Marketing ASO & PS in Dubai. The selected candidate will work closely with the regional performance marketing team in Dubai, UAE as well as the local marketing teams across MENA countries to help them grow their business on platform.

Responsibilities of Specialist Performance Marketing ASO & PS

• Test, track, analyze, research, and optimize keywords and rankings.
• Carry out competitive analyses based on keywords, app ranking and trends.
• Market apps on the MENA App Stores / Play Stores with the goal of ranking high in the store.
• Create and implement best-in-class ASO strategies to increase the conversion rates on the app stores / Play Stores, maximize apps’ visibility and increase downloads.
• Create and maintain documentation and weekly/monthly reporting of results, with observations and recommendations.
• Liaising with local and regional markets to push in-app events/promotional content, CPPs / Custom Store Listings on App store / Play store.
• Creating paid social campaigns on web and mobile web, app installs, and re-engagement across various markets and multiple platforms.
• Working closely with the specialists in the regional performance marketing team, and driving closer integration with local marketing teams and growth initiatives and plans.
• Managing, uploading and optimizing product feeds for dynamic ads following best practices.
• Able to conduct tests and experiments to measure incrementality of paid social channels.
• Understanding, analyzing and reporting on the performance marketing campaigns by identifying KPIs and improving performance through actionable insights.

Requirements for Role of Specialist Performance Marketing ASO & PS

The eligibility requirements for the role of Specialist Performance Marketing ASO & PS are as under:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or business disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ASO.
• In-depth experience working with Google Play Store Console and App Store Connect.
• Experience in Paid Social and Performance Marketing in general is a plus.
• Experience working with MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch, Firebase, etc is a plus.
