Job Purpose of A Senior Specialist Instructions

The job purpose of a Senior Specialist Instructions is to provide guidance and directions with in specific fields.

Job Duties of A Senior Specialist Instructions

• Responsible for supporting in the development, coordination and delivery of professional development programmes and activities for all HCT faculty in the area of instruction.
• Ensures that all trainees (faculty) are receiving the correct training, experience and mentorship to adequately teach students and meet the needs of HCT.

Eligibility Criteria?

Qualification

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field e.g. Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Educational Technologies, Education, Applied Learning.

Experience

• Candidates must have minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Instruction with a focus on instructional pedagogy.

Knowledge and Skills Desired

• Full English proficiency.
• Intermediate computer literacy e.g MS Office.
