Dubai Health Authority is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of Specialist in Corporate Excellence in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20001-30000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reviewing corporate excellence frameworks to meet the requirements of Excellence awards and programs.
• Support the Excellence team in preparing for Dubai Government Excellence Program and other awards.
• Participate in communication plans to promote excellence and quality awareness among DHA staff.
• Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventative actions throughout the organization.
• Work on developing and supervising self-assessment phases based on Excellence program criteria.
• Conduct bench marking visits with government organizations to exchange best practices.
• Review stakeholders’ satisfaction surveys and coordinate with departments on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Executive Council on new requirements and ensure compliance with recommendations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements for Role of Specialist Corporate Excellence

• Nationals: Baccalaureate. Masters preferred
• Non Nationals: Masters Certifications  Preferred: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• For Bachelors: total 8+ years with minimum 5 years experience in related field
• For Masters : total 6+ years with minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Non Nationals: total 10+ years with minimum 7 years of experience in related field.
