Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is presently searching for experienced and devoted candidates for the job role of a Senior Specialist Business Analysis and MIS. This job is open UAE Nationals only. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide business analysis and product management information to facilitate and assist the development, efficiency and governance of the WBG business and enhance customer service. Duties of A Senior Specialist Business Analysis and MIS

Product Management Information

• Produce product management information to ensure accurate monitoring of product performance indicators and complete ongoing product controlling to facilitate internal product management reviews for key stakeholders.

Portfolio Management

• Review and monitor customers portfolios to align portfolio quality, portfolio composition, risk recognition, accounts strategy and industry intelligence with the bank’s risrk strategy and market conditions.

Reconciliation and Monitoring

• Reconcile business performance reports to minimise outstanding items in line with bank’s requirements.

Business Analysis

• Complete comprehensive business analysis and create business review presentations to highlight efficiency improvements to support overall business growth.

System Maintenance and Development

• Maintain the respective business performance systems and toolkits to ensure information is input as required to process and complete all business performance monitoring activities.

Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures

• Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to carry out work up to the required standard and in a consistent manner.

Qualification Requirements for Role of Senior Specialist Business Analysis and MIS

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialisation.
• At least 4 years of experience in banking / financial services.
