Special Projects Coordinator Talabat Dubai

Talabat is currently looking for Special Projects Coordinator who will be responsible to assist the project manager to oversee the pre-shoot and post- shoot  responsibilities in line with Talabat values and photography guidelines.

Responsibilities of Special Projects Coordinator

• Main project coordination tasks and responsibilities remain in place.
• Evaluating, accepting and assigning photography requests to project coordinators on salesforce.
• To delegate the tasks set by the project manager and to assist the project to meet the deadlines and to  oversee that project coordinators are carrying out their pre-shoot and post-shoot responsibilities.
• To guide the project coordinators on process changes or new developments.
• To train and on-board new coordinators who join the team.
• Weekly and Monthly report for all countries.
• Assisting the visual content project manager with the implementation of the photography process both in  operating countries and new roll- outs.
• Identifying the discrepancies, notifying and suggesting the improvements to the project manager.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Special Projects Coordinator are as under:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required.
