About the Role

The Special Educator at Dubai Autism Center will be responsible for planning and delivering individualized education programs for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Furthermore, this role requires an experienced educator with a strong background in special education and a passion for teaching children with autism. Key Responsibilities

• Lead classroom instruction for students with autism using evidence-based methods
• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs
• Monitor and assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations
• Coordinate with therapists, psychologists, and support staff on student goals
• Create engaging learning materials and adaptive curriculum resources
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavioral support strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents and families regarding student development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives and special education program improvement

Requirements

• Master’s in Special Education or Bachelor’s in Social Work or related course
• Above 3 years of teaching experience in the respective field
• CDA Licensed or eligible to obtain CDA License
• Relevant attested degree and qualifications in education
• Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English with experience in ABA preferred
