Job Description
Spare Parts Sales Supervisor in Wholesales/Dealer Sales at Al Masaood will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and build long term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role holder may be requested to supervise sales executives, without managerial authority. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-17000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Spare Parts Sales Supervisor
- Handling of existing customers and development of new customers across Emirates Region.
- Achieving set budget in terms of Sales revenue and GP through business development by closing more local deals.
- Maintains a high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
- Sell Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
- Promote parts awareness campaign, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
- Follows up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
- Ensures accurate customer information, updates/records all the necessary information in Autoline.
- Prepares all required documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
- Actively maintains product knowledge, and competitive product knowledge.
- Tracks lost sales and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
- Ensures 5S implementation.
- Maintains harmonious relationship among staffs and strive to work towards the attainment of the department’s objectives.
- Reports to/consult immediate supervisor or Parts Manager for any untoward incident or problem that further need a managerial decision.
- Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are follow.
- Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
Requirements for Role of Spare Parts Sales Supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years in UAE & Overseas OEM Parts Business.
- Driving License Essential.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets
- Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
- MS Office skills.
