Job Description

ZOYA Health & Wellbeing Resort by The First Group isĀ  presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Spa Therapist. A Spa Therapist is a professional who is trained to provide a range of beauty and wellness treatments to clients visiting a spa. Their job is to ensure that clients leave the spa feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and satisfied. The job description of a Therapist may vary slightly depending on the specific spa and its services.

Responsibilities of Spa Therapist

  • Conducting consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Performing a range of spa treatments, such as massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs.
  • Recommending and selling spa products to clients.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy treatment room and spa environment.
  • Managing client bookings and ensuring timely service.
  • Maintaining client records and treatment notes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Continuously updating knowledge and skills through training and development.
  • Promoting the spa and its services through marketing and advertising activities.

Requirements of Spa Therapist

  • Completion of a formal training program in a related field, such as cosmetology, massage therapy, or esthetics.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses required by local regulations.
  • Minimum 2 yearsā€™ experience in a similar role, within an international brand.
