• The leading expert in all areas of retail and treatments. Able and available to answer any questions that guests may have and give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add on sales.
• Takes control of rebooking guest after treatment.
• Perform treatment most suited to guest utilising a range of techniques.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy and the facility.
• Monitors, maintains and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables and work tools.

Requirements of Spa Therapist

• Certified as Spa Therapist.
• With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in hotel industry.

Skills and Knowledge Desired
