Responsibilities of Spa Therapist

• Provide both spa and aesthetic services such as massage, hammam body therapies, facials, manicure, pedicure, waxing, threading and other services daily.
• Perform therapies to five star standards.
• Identify needs of guests and advise on various products and therapies, upholding a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Go above & beyond guest’s expectations, creating everlasting memories and an amazing spa experience for each and every guest.
• Look after the guests complaints and take corrective actions right there and then.
• Perform any other spa related duty as required.

Eligibility Requirements

The requirements for role of Spa therapist are as under:-

• Hold an international Cidesco or Cibtac qualification or a diploma / certificate in massage or beauty therapies.
• Atleast 1-2 years of experience in similar role.

• Excellent communication and service skills
• Enjoy consulting and advising guests on treatments and products specific to their needs, whilst enjoying delivering wellness experiences from heart within a busy, high profile, luxury spa environment.
