An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join award wining Spa Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The job holder will be responsible for providing professional spa treatments and services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Responsibilities of Spa Therapist
- To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner-by name addressed.
- To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operations Manual.
- To perform quality Massage, Hamam, Skin Care and Body therapies and treatments as prescribed in Standard Training Manual.
- To ensure that all equipment associated with service function are clean and in working condition and used in the appropriate manner, at all times.
- To be able to answer all questions related to services and explain the benefits of the treatments to the guests in detail.
- To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
- To participate in a new training and refreshing program as required.
- To update the Therapist sign in attendance sheets, training logs and handover logbook.
- To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines.

- To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
Requirements of Spa Therapist
- At least secondary graduated
- ITCE or Equivalent Diploma in Somatology is preferable
- Certificate in Thai massage and Oil massage is required
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position (preferably within the UAE).
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Fluency in any other language is preferred.
