Responsibilities of Spa Therapist

• Assists with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Covers fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
• Ensures mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
• Proactively promotes products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.

Requirements for Role of Spa Therapist

• Minimum a high school.
• Professional certification or diploma in spa therapy.
• Atleast 1 year of previous experience in the spa within luxury hotel.

Skills Desired

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• An understanding of the Spa & Fitness environment.
• Knowledge of Russian language will be a plus.
