Spa Therapist Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is looking for passionate people to maintain the sense of health and hush in their spa. First and foremost, Anantara looking for a Spa Therapist with a great deal of wellness knowledge, people who can recommend their premium products. Also responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional manner and at an exceptional service level. This job is on contract basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities of Spa Therapist

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
• Participate in the property’s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Spa Director.
• Review Health notes for each guest in Spa to ensure that they are being completed and up to date.
• To cover Spa Attendant duties as and when required.

Requirements of Spa Therapist

• Certification/diploma in spa treatments or therapist.
• 1-2 years of previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Passionate about guest service
• Have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
