Spa Attendant Sofitel Dubai The Palm Accor is responsible to manage the receiving and storage of goods, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper handling and storage of items according to hotel standards.

Responsibilities of Spa Attendant

• Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities
• Keep the Spa areas  clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engaging with guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.

Requirements of Spa Attendant

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably within a Luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
• Excellent Problem solving skills.
• Good time management skills.
